Arrival is possible around the clock. Our reception times are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
If you would like to arrive after this time, this is possible at any time via our check-in kiosk.
Payment by the kiosk are possible with visa/master/maestro/ec card.

If you choose mobile check-in, you can check into your hotel room before you even arrive.

Check-in is completed within 20 seconds. It consists of the following steps:

• Notification about the possibility to check in
• Completing the registration
• digital signature
• Acceptance of the terms and conditions
• Enter the estimated time of arrival
• Secure online payment

From spontaneous booking to late check-in at night: If you need a room in the Hotel Alpenrose, Ariane will help you. The check-in machine works 24 hours a day - and is just one of the many advantages of our house.

She´s already there. And when the last employees leave the hotel in the evening, she is still in its place. We're talking about Ariane, our hotel's check-in machine. She works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. She diligently handles the check-in for the hotel guests - fast, easy, contactless and completely digital.

It offers easy interaction in the desired language. The kiosk issues automatically encoded RFID cards, i.e. magnetic keycards, or the mobile version via smartphone. Afterwards you can directly go to your room.
