Arrival is possible around the clock. Our reception times are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
If you would like to arrive after this time, this is possible at any time via our check-in kiosk.
Payment by the kiosk are possible with credit card/maestro.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome, we charge 12.00 euros per pet per day.

How can I check in?

The room is available to you at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We have 3 options to handle the check-in. Online check on the smartphone, hotel check-in on the tablet at reception or at the hotel check-in kiosk, our Ariane.

Can I have dinner?

We do not have a restaurant/bar in-house, we are happy to recommend the Nesselwang restaurants.

Our breakfast buffet is open for you from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. If you would like to leave earlier and have breakfast earlier, let us know in advance and we will be arrange to set it up.

We have several breakfast rooms, including a breakfast room where you can take your dog with you.

You are a group and would like to have the whole hotel to yourself, no problem, we would be can make you an offer.

How do I pay for my room?

You will receive an online check in 3 days before your arrival and here you can pay for your room via PayPal, credit card, Klarna or bank transfer.

Can I cancel the room again?

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival. If you have booked via a portal, the cancellation is only possible via the portal.

Is the house barrier-free?

Our house is not barrier-free.

Can I store my skis/bike?

We have a garage where you can store your skis, ski boots and bikes. The room is not heated. We have a shoe dryer.

The rooms are on the 1+2+3 floor accessible by elevator or staircase or straight past the reception

Apartment garbage - final cleaning

Please separate the rubbish into plastic, organic and waste, you will find disposal on the ground floor.

Garbage disposal and emptying of the fridge is part of the apartment in Self-sufficiency, otherwise we have to charge an extra 50 euros for the final cleaning.

Where is my room card?

You can get this at our check-in kiosk at the reception.

I left my card in the room or lost it?

At our check-in kiosk you can code your extra cards.

Is there a lounge area?

There is our cozy foyer directly after the entrance area at the reception. There are drinks & snacks vending coffee machine on a self-service basis (payable in cash)

How does the check out work?

The room is available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. All payments are made in advance, so all you have to do is to give us your roomkey card.

Kann ich zu Abendessen?

Wir haben kein Restaurant/Bar im Haus, sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Nesselwanger Restaurants. Unsere gemütliche Lounge mit Getränke-SB steht Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Tischreservierung ist empfehlenswert zum á la Carte-Essen z.B. Castello, Il Borgo, Asia Gourmet, Brauereigasthof Post, Gasthof Bären, Gasthof Hasen, Hänsel und Gretel Bar an der Alpspitze, Gasthof Löwen, Berggaststätte Kronenhütte, Sportheim Böck, Enzianstüble, Gasthaus Reichenbach, Wildbachalm. An Festtagen können Sie von der großen Post Festtagskarte wählen.

Is there internet/wifi?

Wireless internet is available throughout the building. You will receive the access data upon check-in.

Can I make changes and extensions?

We would be happy to extend your stay, please contact us by email or telephone. Our general cancellation conditions also apply here.

can i smoke here

No! Smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, etc. is prohibited in the entire building for fire safety reasons. Enjoy smoking on our terrace next to the main entrance.

Bread rolls breakfast

You are welcome to order your rolls here. These are delivered by the baker and you can take your rolls from the box in front of the hotel entrance in the morning.

Delivery and handling fee of €1.40 (Monday to Friday) and €2.40 (Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday). Please place all orders by 8 p.m. the day before at the latest Click here to place your order

are there towels for the apartment?

Towels are available in the room according to the number of people who booked. If you need more towels, we can put them in your room for a fee. If you would like a change of towels, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

When does the room cleaning come?

We have a daily room cleaning service, you can also turn it off if you like. For holiday apartments, there is a change of towels and linen after 7 days. If you need anything beforehand, please feel free to let us know.

Can I leave my luggage?

On the day of arrival and departure you can deposit your luggage with us free of charge before check-in or after check-out. Please arrange a pick-up time.

I left something in the room! How do I get it back?

The fee for this is paid to us in advance.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is in Nesselwang, a 15-minute walk away.

Are there quiet times?

Yes. Absolute silence is requested between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest. Please turn down the TV or laptop to room volume. Even if you have occupied a room with your friends, please also show consideration for the other guests next door. If the room neighbors are too loud, please point this out. You will surely show understanding. We do not tolerate willful disturbance of the peace at night and make immediate use of our house rights.

I broke something. What now?

Damage to furnishings must be reported immediately. We will then find a joint solution as to how the damage can be repaired and how we can keep the costs as low as possible. If you notice any damage upon arrival, we ask you to report it immediately. We do not tolerate vandalism and willful destruction and will charge for any damage incurred.

The removal of company property or third-party property is a criminal offense and will be reported immediately. The damage incurred must be paid for.
