Arrival and departure

On the day of your arrival your room is ready made for you from 3pm on. Your departure should be before 10 am. If you’d like to leave later, please inform us in time.

Deposit

You can avoid to wait for long at the reception and be more independant when you pay for your bill in advance or when you leave your credit card details already upon your arrival.

Group Tour

You are a group? You want want to be among yourselves? No problem, you can book the whole hotel for yourselves.

Dogs

It’s allowed to bring your dog to our hotel, but you have to pay €10 per day for the dog. Of course that doesn’t include any food for the dog. We would like to ask you to leave your dog in your room or your car while you have breakfast.

Motor bikes and Bikes

You are welcome to keep your bike in our shelter for free.

Terms of Cancellation

When you cancel your trip at latest two weeks before your arrival then there will be no extra expense for you. At a later cancellation we will have to charge you a cancellation fee.
Our prices don’t include a cancellation insurance. When you booked a stay over night with breakfast we have to charge you with 80 % of the price and when you booked a stay over night with half board we have to charge you with 70 % of the price. We need to get your cancellation in a written form. Thank you very much for understanding.

Shuttle Service

We willingly organize your transfer from the railroad station in Nesselwang to the Hotel Alpenrose.

Games

Table tennis and a pool table are available for you.
